Abstract

In the Caribbean Sea in the last decades, it have wakened up a strong interest for many scientific disciplines in the use capacity, due to the pressures that they have caused the population growth and the resources use that this area offers. In the ecosystems marines of the Mexican Caribbean the exploitation and the utilization of the resources by means of patterns not sustainabily, they have contributed to the destruction and degradation of the natural habitats, originating an enormous loss of the biological diversity, in spite of the fact that this coastal zones is a resource extremely important of employment and obtaining of foreign currencies for the craft fishery and the tourism to support by the nature. The tourist arrival in this zones it implicate an important entrance of foreign currencies, also, for that time this meant that the 60% of the population economically active was devoted the service sector. The tourist development of the Quintana Roo state to have increased for the use of yours recreational coastal areas for trips, dive, sailing in boats, swimming and sport fishing. One of the principal problems of the regulation of utilization, it is the determination of the environmental capacity in order to support the several uses that are carried out in the area, it that they have developed a series of powerful theoretical applicable outlines to the rational analysis of the empiric observations made in the sea. This has carried to carry out functional and dynamic analysis of the interrelations of the marine systems with the enviroment external and interns of the same, presently pattern like alternative the use of models based an opinion on multiple regressions with several attributes in order to be about elucidate the margin of use that are more objectives, for this rehearsal the Parque Marino Costa Occidental de Isla Mujeres, Punta Cancún y Punta Nizuc is presented like example. It is probable that it with this methodology is possible formulate forecast model capables of advancing the change in an ecosystem subject to definite pressures.
