Abstract
Reproductive cycle of Strombus pugilis was studied at Banco de Campeche, Mexico, in Ténabo, Campeche, Seybaplaya and Champoton. Twenty organisms were monthly sampled in each site. Sediments were analyzed and temperature and salinity were reported. Four reproductive stages were used. Occurence of Coccidea, Apicomplexa was determined. Reproductive cycle of S. pugilis does not show significant difference between sites but it was different during the period studied.
